close to manhattan, deli, restaurants, non stop nearby. staff very friendly. self-service laundry little extra-charge. coffee and tea machine in the room. metro stations at 3 min away. definitely will come back!

Perfect location! The subway is 200 m away and in 2–3 stops you are in Manhattan! There is a 24H supermarket next door, if you need something (Coffee, freshly baked stuff...cold drink....) A few minutes walk alongside Jackson Ave. (and off the road, too) you'll find amazing patisseries, restaurants, grocery shops.... The room was great, the staff are friendly.

Our room was not located viewing Manhattan. However, it was a good view from a 12 stories. The location was optimal from the hotel to the train and subway station. Nearby has a food marked and a pharmacy which was a big plus for us.

Very comfortable beds, plenty of space for a family of four in our room. Location was excellent, a 1 minute walk to the Metro, then 10-15 mins into Manhattan. Lots of cafes/restaurants nearby .

Great location being a few minutes walk from several metro lines so could be in the centre of Manhattan in 15 mins. Rooms spacious particularly for New York, clean, good aircon and comfy bed.

PERFECT location - 20 minutes away from central park. Few steps away from Queens Plaza (luggage friendly) & Queens Boro. Great staff - great attitude and smile any time of the day and super professional staff Great service - We were offered a room in a upper floor with a great view when they noticed it is our first time in NY (Thank you!). There was a time that our cards stopped working and it was fixed in a blink with no questions asked. Great Vibe - The entrance was much more ambiant than what we expected

The shower was fabulous ! Lots of hot water and the pressure was fantastic. The beds were comfortable. View of Manhattan. It was convenient. Would stay here again.

The location was excellent for New York city. Very near to the subway with easy access in to Manhattan. Lots of places to eat nearby. The room was affordable for New York city, whilst not being located too far out. We were a family of 4 adults, sharing a room with 2x large double beds on the 4th floor. We managed as we spent most of our days in the city, only went to the hotel to sleep and get ready to go out for the day.
